From the very first time we met Henry, we knew we had to have him be part of our wedding! And looking back, having Eventful Weddings be part of our big day was easily one of the best decisions we made.
We spent over a year planning our wedding and poured so much time, thought, and love into every little detail. As someone who had a very specific vision for the day, finding someone I could trust to bring everything together was so important to me. Henry was exactly that person and so much more! From the planning process to the wedding day itself, he was incredibly organized, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything came together just as we had imagined.
On the day of, Henry and his team of three other coordinators oversaw absolutely everything, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. I never once had to worry about the timeline or where I needed to be next because someone was always there to guide me along. We also had a HUGE list of family and group photos to get through after the ceremony, and his team was SO efficient at gathering everyone and keeping things moving. It was honestly so impressive!
Another thing we really appreciated was how much they helped with cleanup. Our bridal party had already done so much for us leading up to the wedding, and we really wanted them to be able to relax and enjoy the evening too. Henry and his team took care of everything behind the scenes, and by the end of the night, everything was packed up and ready to go. Such a huge weight off our shoulders!
Our bridal party and guests were also raving about them afterward! We heard so many stories about how Henry’s trusty fanny pack saved the day on multiple occasions, from fixing the groom’s shirt and the draping on our ceremony arch to even rescuing someone’s shoe after our Pokémon toss 😂 It’s those little things that really show how prepared and willing to go above and beyond he is.
After spending so long planning every detail, it meant the world to finally be able to hand everything over and just enjoy the day. We were able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and celebrate with our favourite people without having to worry about a thing.
We truly can’t thank Henry and his team enough for everything they did to bring our wedding to life. We’re so grateful to have had them be part of such a special day and couldn’t recommend Eventful Weddings enough! ❤️

From my very first call with Henry, I LOVED his energy. As a Type A bride with anxiety, I knew I would need someone to hype me up on the day-of (instead of being in my head) and tell me, "everything was going to be okay," and Henry did exactly that.
Being someone that was previously in events with friends that also had event experience, I was planning a largely-DIY wedding including running the wedding day ourselves but it was such a huge help to have Henry there. It meant that every time someone had a question, my friends had someone to lean on and they were also able to enjoy their guest experience and relax during dinner fully!
From the get go, Henry went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order. On the day of, he made sure the timeline flowed as smoothly as possible, that people knew where to go, and that my friends had help whenever they needed additional support.
For me, beyond reassurance and great energy, it was so nice to have him there to tell me where I needed to be and what I needed to do next. It allowed me and my husband to stay as present as we could throughout the day, not worrying about the little things.
If you have things that're super important for you to experience/you'd like executed in a specific way, make sure you communicate that. As we all know, no wedding day will go perfect but it means the world to have someone by your side that will do their best to ensure that it goes as perfect as can be! Henry is that person.

Words honestly cannot describe how grateful I am that we had Henry and The Eventful Weddings team for our wedding. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made, and I truly cannot recommend them enough.
I originally found Henry because a friend referred him for wedding content creation, and she was absolutely right about how incredible he is. I only wish I had found him even earlier in the planning process!
Henry goes so far beyond what a typical Vancouver day-of wedding coordinator or planner does. His prices are so reasonable for everything he provides because he is doing so much more than just keeping a timeline. He anticipates every need, solves problems before you even know they exist, coordinates every vendor seamlessly, keeps everything running smoothly, and somehow makes it all look effortless.
His team deserves just as much praise. Khuram and Brooklyn were absolutely amazing. Brooklyn stayed by my side from the very beginning, carried my purse, and kept my hands free so I could actually enjoy being a bride instead of worrying about my belongings. It was such a small gesture that made a huge difference, and there were countless moments like that throughout the day.
Having The Eventful Weddings team there made it SO much easier to enjoy my own wedding, and it allowed our families to enjoy the day too instead of being pulled into coordinating, answering questions, or managing logistics. Everyone could simply be present.
The whole team is so easy to talk to, so easy to work with, and so professional while still feeling incredibly warm and approachable. Our guests were so impressed by them. Everyone knew who Henry was because he gave such clear direction, kept everything organized, and made sure there was never a moment where people were confused about what was happening next.
The biggest endorsement actually came from my husband. He originally thought we didn't need a day-of coordinator since our ceremony was on a different day and we were only hosting our reception and evening meal. After our wedding, he completely retracted that statement and said he was so glad Henry was there. That's how invaluable he was.
Even my mother-in-law couldn't stop talking about how impressed she was with Henry and the entire Eventful Weddings team.
Henry, Khuram, and Brooklyn made our wedding feel effortless, calm, and so much more enjoyable than we ever imagined. We got to be fully present with our guests instead of worrying about the behind-the-scenes details, and that's an incredible gift. Thank you for going above and beyond in every possible way. We are so, so grateful.

We LOVED working with Henry and his team. Since our first meeting, I knew I had to convince my husband to let me have him be part of our wedding.
He was extremely thorough, had wonderful ideas, and communicated with and organized all our vendors. He made sure everything went smoothly leading up to the wedding and for the wedding day - I had no idea if anything didn’t go to plan! Truly everyone needs a Henry for their wedding!
I wish my husband and I could get married again so we could work with him again 💕
